Virgin Mobile Order Tracking – Track & Trace Your Parcel

Virgin mobile has always been known as being accessible when it comes to customer service but they have gone one step further by adding online ordering capabilities through their website too! Now any purchase made can have its status monitored from anywhere at any time without even having access inside retail stores or waiting on hold – plus there’s no need to log in or create an account for tracking.

Here’s how it works:

If you have a product that is Ship to You or Ship to Store, go to your Virgin Mobile account and click on the item in My Account. On the new page that will open, enter your Order Number. Your order status will appear. If there is an issue with processing your order, please call 1-888-322-1122. If you have a device that is Locked in My Account, go to the home page of Virgin Mobile USA and click on your name in the top right-hand corner.

If your shipment is delayed, you can go to the Virgin Mobile Order Tracking delivery Shipment Update link. Or, if your shipment is on the way, you will be able to see this information by viewing updates in your account that are updated every 24 hours.

My order arrived at the shipper’s facility, what now?

If you ordered from the Virgin Mobile website and had your item shipped to the store, it may take up to 2 business days for your package to be transferred to the store. Your item will be held at the customer service counter. So you can pick it up anytime between 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

If tracking number got lost?

If you lost your tracking number or need to replace it, please visit the My Account page. Click on the order you placed and enter your email address in the order inquiry form. You will then be able to print out a new one or have the email resent to you by clicking on one of the resend order links. Visit GTS transport.

Can I make changes to the order?

Yes, you can make changes to the order by clicking on Account in the top right-hand corner of your screen. With the click of a button. You can make changes to or cancel your order right there at the click of a button.
