A nice feature also allows customers who receive notifications via email about their package being delayed by more than 2 days but less than 7 days afterward to get automatically compensated USD 25 per day starting after 3 additional business days have passed since initial notification. Again, let them know if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
When shipments are delayed:
Whenever a shipment is delayed, customers are typically notified within 24 hours (unless you’ve opted to not receive notifications about the package which is fine too). If your shipment is delayed, They automatically track it as DELAYED/DELIVERED. If a shipment continues to be delayed for days after the initial notification has been sent out to you, then simply let them know and they will look into it immediately. They have no desire in giving customers the runaround or poor service.
When shipments are delivered:
Customers typically receive their package within 2 days unless you’ve selected the option to pick up your package from our office instead. If you haven’t picked up your package within 5 business days, they will automatically contact you via email to follow up. They want customers to receive their packages on time without any hassle or worry of delays which is why this policy was developed.
Can I make changes to the order?
Of course, you can make changes to the order at any time by either calling or emailing them. If you want a substitution made to order, then this is our standard policy. If tracking number got lost?
If the tracking number got lost, please let them know. They’re more than happy to provide you with the number again. If unable to locate your package, then let them know. They will file an investigation with Canada Post to locate your package for you.
