You will receive an email with your consignment note when your order has been shipped.
An order confirmation email is sent as soon as your order details have been received. This email will include a customized tracking number for both air and sea shipment, which can be used to track your order on the courier company’s website.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be given updates at each stage of the process. These include:
Shipment Processing – Email is sent when orders have been confirmed for shipment.
In Transit – Email is sent with a link to track your consignment in transit in real-time.
On Vehicle For Delivery – Email is sent when your order has been loaded onto its delivery vehicle.
Final Delivery – Email is sent when your order has entered the ‘On Premise’ phase of the delivery process.
Your orders will be shipped on a ‘best effort’ basis, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note: It is our aim to have your order delivered within 2-3 days of when you receive the “Shipped” emails. However, delivery expectations are DEFINITELY subject to courier companies. If there are any problems with the courier company, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

If you don’t receive the order tracking number after 3 business days from order confirmation then please contact us immediately.
Your order should arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe for your location.
